Triova Solutions Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based safety consultancy established to support organisations in achieving effective Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance and safer work environments. The company provides practical, site-ready safety solutions tailored to construction and built-environment projects, including Repair and Redecoration (R&R) Works & Addition & Alteration (A&A) Works.

Triova Solutions primarily serves main contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders who are required to comply with Singapore’s WSH regulatory framework under MOM, as well as statutory requirements from authorities such as HDB, LTA, JTC, NEA, and PUB. Its services include the preparation of Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), method statements, safety audits, on-site safety coordination, safety training, and advisory support to address project-specific WSH gaps.
The company exists to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and actual site practices by providing timely, accurate, and implementable safety solutions before and during project execution. Robin Chan

Founder / Principal Safety Consultant

Robin Chan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Safety, Health and Environmental Management (Top-up) and is a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with over ten years of experience in general construction, R&R, and A&A projects. He is well-versed in MOM regulatory requirements and site-based risk control implementation.

Robin is familiar with national and international safety recognition frameworks, including the SHARP Award, ROSPA Award, and Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS). His professional approach combines regulatory compliance with practical site execution, enabling clients to achieve safer workplaces while maintaining operational efficiency.
